This may sound stupid, but how do you rate someone's boot skin?I like many and I don't know how to rate them...

I just started using BootSkin, and downloaded version 1.05a. I try to import the file, and it says that has imported, but it doesn�t appear on the list. I saw the "skins" folder and it created a "xp" folder, with "bootskin.ini", "xp.BMP" and "XPProgress.bmp". Any idea ?
