Download "BootSkin" http://www.download.com/3001-2105-10261834.html
Save the .bootskin file in (example)
Documents\WinXP (Themes)\BootSkins\
Its just an example...
Open the program, and press "File" and "Import from file" and the bootskin.
Clik on Apply, and you now have the bootskin, next time you reboot.
