To install any BootSkin you'll need the BootSkin software that you can download for FREE. Just click on this download http://www.bootskin.com/.
Afterwards, run the application, click on File/Import from file...
If you have Windows XP SP2 installed on your PC, you might need to repeat this action once or twice, because sometimes the Imported file doesn't appear in the preview window right away. (always open and close the app)

i downloaded your boot screen but i have no pic in the zip file i keep gettin the win rar error

I'm looking into it right now. I don't get the error message when clicking SAVE instead of OPEN. Save it to a file and then using FILE/IMPORT from BootSkin software, import it. Then, close the program and re-open it now it should be listed in your window and working just fine.
I think it has something to do with SP2, my guess that's what you are using when getting the error... Please, let me know if it's worked for you.

ok the prob is when i extract it so i can put it in the program file it brings up the win rar diagnostic message and has 4 errors telling me it connot create folder Program Files\Stardock\Bootskin\Skins\X-Cella

I wish I could be of help to you, but I really don't know how, nor do I know what is causing the weird problem. I tried to download the skin and it seems just fine. I would like to hear from others if you have had some problems with this skin so far, no problems were reported to me at all.

hello I downloaded all this theme and i love it a lot, the problem is that after i download the bootscreen I can't unzip it...actually the action is done but the folder is empty. What should I do, cause I tried few times and the same result...

As far as the Botskin goes it comes as .bootskin file, not a .ZIP file.
First, please make sure you have the software from this Link downloaded and installed.
After that, simply download the skin "X-Cella.bootskin" (I checked the file and it's fine), locate it and double-click it. It should open the software, find the X-Cella bootskin and click "Apply". Close it and it should be running at the next restart.
If your problem is solely about the download, try downloading it via right-click "Save Target As". If you need further help feel free to email me.

Thanks for your prompt answer, I tried again but when i want to save the file to me it appears as a zip file, I do have the bootskin software. I also tried to save target as but I couldn't. Is there anything else I could do?

OK. Honestly, I don't have a clue what may be causing this problem.
But, there are two options:
1, Contact T-Man with site issues Email, or
2, Provide your email address here or via email to me, and I will send you the file in it's original form
