You must download bootskin program here : https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/
then install it and U can use bootskin skins like this by Db-click on Unziped .bootskin file .

I think it isn't my skin problem.you can change your skin or you can reinstall your bootskin.

I guess it's good, although I wouldn't know since it won't install on my box either. And yes I have Bootskins installed and working just fine.

Please Open Downloaded file by 'Winzip' and 'Extract' Two '.Bootskin' files.
Then apply each '.bootskin' file by Dbl-Clicking on them.
