The way I do it is;
1) Create/resize the background image at 640 X 480
2) Convert the image to 16 colors.
3) Save the image as 4bit BMP (after you save it, DON'T close the program)
4) Create a NEW document 22 X 9
5) Make the progressbar and convert it to 16 colors. Since you didnt close the program, it will apply the same 16 colors as the 1st image.
6) Save it as 4bit BMP and presto, it should work without any distortion

1. The light going into the eye is much too advanced for 16 colors. I think that it would look better without it.
2. Like CoyoteMy said, a trackbar would be SOO much cooler
3. I love the rest! Great work. 8.4!

I agree with the eye flame. But to remove it I would have to redo the entire design since I didnt save the original .psd file
I will be making an update with a progressbar

The only piece of criticism I have is that it'd look alot better without the "Loading Windows... Please Wait.." text in my opinion. I'd love to see it with a trackbar similiar to the one on the "Flying Dragon" bootskin.
Great work. Can't wait to see more from you.
