If I was not clear: I meant that the 3 versions of the Bootskin programs are not working on my pc. No, I was not refering to your Great Bootkskins my good man...

The 3 bootskin programs just dont seen to work correctly on my pc. Why, I have no idea? It is mentioned at the download page. So, I tried all 3 as advised, but none work properly.
So its the bootskin programs that does not work correctly. Maybe my pc doesnt accept the program's scripts??? Have XP Pro. Dont no what causes the error after rebooted?
After reboot, it leads me to Safe Mode and I have to start up in Safe Mode and set it back to default(Bootskin) and reboot again and than it will start up as it should into Windows. So this is more a techincal problem than your magificant great Boots...

Thanks for the clarification. I'm using XP Pro too, and had the same problem. Very recently as a matter of fact. I wasn't so swift to find the problem right away. I wasn't patient enough to let safe mode go through it's ponderously slow start and thought I had HD failure. I bought two new HDs, and had to reinstall over a half a terrabyte of programs and data.... just to eventually find out the problem was a conflict between the video driver and a bootskin I was working on. I created the bootskin the same as all the others, but this one would cause the machine to do a second reboot and go back to choose safe mode etc. It wouldn't even let me choose a restore point.
Summation... try the newest version of your video driver you can get. It fixed my issue with the particular offending bootskin, but I'll never post it for fear of causing others problems with it.

I see. Well ok..will give it a try. And see if the video driver will be
my solution...
Thanks....

I have XP Pro and have seen none of above problems so far, but I do note an apparent lower picture resolution than Tiggz versions. Is there a reason for this. Would be nice to match the original pic !
Thanks again NetBager...

I'd love to match the original on a bootskin, but the physical limit is 640x480 with 16 colors. There is no bootskin on this site with higher resolution or more colors. If somebody creates a way to make a higher resolution or more colors, I'll gladly do it.

Ive tried doctoring out with drivers etc..but nothing seems to work. But I see many others have the same problem. I guess I have something missing at Boot Start-up...or something?

Ben a long time since I've said something here. In case you want to know, I finally got bootskin going on my PC. I expanded my working RAM (500...what ever) and now it seems to have enough working ram to load bootskin when starting PC. So, it was just this small simple problem. Nothing big as I thought it was. So, if anyone has the same problem, they know now its because they have Not enough Ram in their machine. Just expand...and presto.
Now I got all the GT3 and other great bootskins working.
See ya around..

Great Bootskins youve made...
Only problem is I cant get them to work...
Seems only to work once after installing the boot program. Dont whats wrong with it. It should work on XP, but it doenst. Tried all 3 donwloads, but they all do the same. Guess my XP boot will not accept it???
Nice piece of art work....
