Update: the files are intact, forgive me for my shortsightedness on an inexplicable glitch.
With the directory of files that you packed the bootscreen with, WinRAR 3.4 is not capable of seeing past the /water windows xp directory. Simply by opening your zip package with window's default zip handler, the package can be correctly handled.

sorry, i have wrong directory, you keep chick folder each time and you copy WINDOWS to Bootskin\Skin\ ok

This bootskin is adorable I am using it and dont mean to replace it
