Hi. I like new Bootscreens and would like to make one. Which program do you use to create boot-skins? I can change them. But i can't create one...

I use different programs, this one was however mainly done in MS Paint and with a little help from SkinStudio & PaintShop Pro.

As simple as it is- It's really great! An International (English) Version would be not bad ...
