Great one!
but i have a question : i make 16 colors pictures (4 bit) using MS Paint. How you add colors lke these (Blue > just blue , i cant put dark blue or light blue...) is there another software to use ?

Jalal- I don't think it's possible with ms paint. To do so you need to use something like Paint Shop Pro (which is my preference) and once you make the image, convert to 16 bit and the program will create it's own 16 color custom palette (which you hafta save and use in the progress bar too 
)
