please tell me how to apply it as the boot skin doesnt upload some skins also when i apply any boot skin it doent start my windows xp it stay still with its skin

Citizen urbest, you need to download Bootskin from www.bootskin.com Link,which is the program that configures your boot screen. Then after downloading the file just hit File-->Import from file... and select the downloaded file. Finally press the apply button and it's done.
