Other than that, I really like the design, especially how you incorporated the progress bar (such that it is) into the game screen. Very nice!
I would like to see a version that is done originally in 16 colors instead of dithering it down to 16 colors, introducing all that noise. Seems like you could do a decent Pac-Man screen in 16 colors, though you'd have to do away with the Windows logo (or at least simplify it).

I shall try this my friend, but for the moment it'll have to wait, exam period starts today and for the next two weeks i won't be submitting or creating anything. Thank you for the comment.

color that has option to dither transparency, if so it is selected and causing the white. I think making it white as there is no transparency in
image.
