How did you have so many different colors of blue? Is that a special feature you get from PhotoShop or something?

how do you get those colors on a 16 color bitmap format? Do you have to use PhotoShop?

Nocen Intus, in PhotoShop when you turn the image into 16 colors, the program sorts out the amount of hue on the colors and displays the image using only the dominating 16.

Thats what I thought, it doesn't have to be the 16 color that Windows gives you, it could be any 16 colors...I see, gota give me one of those.....

The Gimp is a good freeware you can also visit the Corel site for the trial version of Corel Draw.
