It looks really nice. I just downloaded it and will install it shortly. My only nitpicking would be the XP text that seem to have a faint white border around it...

indiviids if you want to install it first download the skin and go to the boot skin software press file and press import form file then find the skin that you downloaded click on it and press apply to to install it.

EMm im still having problems sry to seem like an idiot but i save it to lets say the folder skins on bootscreen in the c:\ drive then whern i follow the path there's othing there?....
