Looks like the wincustomize.com webadmin fell asleep with this one. 404 error when trying to download the file...
Oh well, they'll likely fix it within 24 hrs or so.

Still couldnt get this to work... renamed the .bootskin to .zip and looked in the archive, but all there are are 2 or 3 nested folders that are empty....

the theme hasn't any problem with me ... download the lastest version of bootskin

I am using the .75 public release that is at the top of the bootskins page. I uninstalled & reinstalled and same thing.
Your's is not the only one affected. Many of them are showing empty nested folders.
There should be a .bmp (background) an .ini file and if it has a progress bar, a .bmp for that also.
adni18's skins all work fine, he has all 3 files in his zip.
If there's a newer version than .75 please post a link to it

Got it to finally work by downloading file to different physical drive than C:, renaming .bootskin to .zip, clicking through all the nested folders and cutting and pasting the files back to c in the /bootskins/skins directory
A bit of an effort, but hey at least it now works!!
