Well... from one gay to the next, I will say that the sentiment is GREAT! Not sure if the style is to my liking, tho.

I don't have a problem with anyone being gay. Though I don't condone it... hey, who am I to judge. I figure that's between them and God. However, I really wish you guys didn't use the rainbow as your symbol. To the best of my knowledge, the rainbow is a sign from God in the Old Testament of the Bible, shown to Noah if I'm not mistaken, to symbolize the promise that God would never again destroy the earth by flood. What a way to make a statement, huh!!! I personally think that rainbows are beatiful, and quite awesome. I just don't think it is right that gay people have chosen the rainbow, a symbol from God that has nothing to do with sexuality, as their symbol. It kind of ruins it for the rest of us, who are not gay; ya know what I mean? No offense intended, that's just the way I feel. Had to get that off of my chest. God Bless.

Hmmm... I wonder what would happen if I created and published an image that proclaimed I was STRAIGHT AND PROUD. Of course all the homo's would start crying that I was a homophobe, they would fling their wrist and lisp out some BS about "he hates gays" and all that whiny crap. You queers keep whining about how you want equal treatment when in reality what you want is preferential treatment. Grow up and keep it in the bedroom like everybody else, stupid.

art is expression and im sorry but if you want to express yourself go ahead...The rainbow thing only applies to people who actually hold that noah story true and dear. Did u know that the same outfits the KKK wear are outfits of holiness in other cultures? Did u know that the swastika mean peace in other cultures? its all about what we hold in regard and how we think of them. Did you know in ireland the rainbow means gold on the other end?? DUMBASS!!! i think you haters need to grow up...keep up the good work derrick...and last time i checked, there IS a str8 pride, its called the NFL.

You DO have a point and you ARE partially right. There are some of us who would react that way. I would have a similar reaction to that as I do when my fellow gays announce their pride. When people are proud of where they were born, what race they are, or what gender they are. Pride is something one should have for an accomplishment, not for something he had no control over. Now, to address your other point, heteros don't necessarily keep it in the bedroom all the time either. I had a woman, at work, once tell me never to mention my boyfriend in her presence because I was talking sex at work and rubbing my sexuality in her face. I told her, "Fine. I'll honor your request if you never mention your husband in my presence for the same reasons." That was the last problem I had out of her. The problem is the societal inconsistency with what is considered to belong "in the bedroom." For gays, it's anything that might suggest we are not attracted to the opposite gender. For heteros, it's explicit acts talk of them. Most of us DO want equality but, unfortunately, the loud ones speak for us. All that being said, that's not even one of the better gay-themed skins, but I'll check your profile to see if you've improved.
