Dunno if progress part is an integral part. If yes then this is considered an incomplete skin.

Wheneven i make progress bars, they always screw up the entire picture. I even use the same pallet and everything. I'll try to make a progress bar, but it may not work correctly.

did you not just read my last post? anyway, by ;updating it' with a progress bar i got DQ'ed. But when I searched for the rules, (before they were reposted) I couldn't find them.

heh heh, i got 3rd place. *scratches head*. Also Wat the heck, the guy who won 2nd place didn't have a progressbar, but noone complained to him the way they did to me!

- All skins submitted must be original new work of the contestant.
- No ports, borrowed images or re-coloring of previous work.
