I honestly don't know what the problem might be.
I have tested this skin on 3 different computers and it works good

Which version of bootskin did you use and was object zip installed? I've got two XP's with different set ups and neither will open the skin.I tried both ways to dl-direct and save- and still nothing.Tried changing format-nothing.What am I missing.Inquiring minds need to know! ANYBODY!------Thanks.

I'm using version 1.03
If double clicking on the file icon desn't work, try changing the file extension from .bootskin to .zip
Unzip the file to your Bootskin skin folder.

I think I found your problem. This is the bootskin.ini included with this archive (as of this writing):
