Now you can create everything you want, but make shure that you don't change the given resolutions (640x480 and 22x9) and colour depth (16 colours).
Insert now in the bootscreen.ini the name of the screen, your name and a short description.
After that, put the three files into a folder and copy this one in \Stardock\BootSkin\skins. When you now start BootSkin, your screen should be listed. Now you can export it into a .bootskin file (File -> Export selected skin to file).
