it probably depends on what moderator was to check your upload, I don't know where I got this wallpaper from which I used, but is it on that site you said too? maybe I can ask permission there, just to make sure it's ok with them. Maybe you can do that too, or just submit your bootskin again to see if it will be approved now. I'd like to see it on the site, cause I really like it.

I agree with Mr. Patelski Chris. I'm not sure, just guessing, but there's probably around 7 different Moderators. I'm sure some are more lenient than others. Consistency is true with black and white, but we live in a world of color with infinite hues.
