Thank you for downloading this bootskin - does anyone have any other color requests on this bootskin series? I've done red, green, cyan and now white - Would anyone be interested in a regular blue (not cyan) version, or black on grey (or black on red, black on blue, black on white - might be too bright) version? Let me know, your feedback is appreciated!

cool boot skin... but i have a question...i downloaded this program (bootskin). i apply a skin and the when i restart the computer this message appears saying something like this "a new software or hardware has recently been added. this might have caused this" then it tells you to choose an "option" that say "start in safe mode, safe mode using command promp, use your recent settings that worked, and start normally." if i choose start normally the pc just keeps restarting and saying the samething, so i have to choose the "use resent settings that worked", so therefore i cant use ANY bootskins... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME, this program seems very cool and there's a lot of cool bootskins to download, like this one...

I have noticed that older pc's (even old pc's that can run winxp) have troubles running stardock's bootskin program, you will experience BSOD's (blue screens of death), errors, mentions of new hardware/software causing said problems, etc. Is this possibly the problem you're experiencing? Is your pc old or new?
If you're running a newer pc (anything made within the last few years) I would say that pc hardware is fine and that some other windows problem is causing this. What are your pc's specs? (cpu speed, cpu type, total ram, harddrive space, operating system xp/2k/98 etc.) Let us know when you get a chance.

did you mean black graphic on grey bkgrnd (almost the opposite of the above bootskin) or did you mean grey graphic on black backgrnd (basically same as above just changing the white to grey), let me know and I'll get to work on it for you! Thanks for the request!

*note: make sure you click on your internet browser's refresh button a few times to make sure the updated bootskin preview image appears - I had to do this myself a few times until the updated preview appeared.
