I would agree, I think there's a few too many of these windows electric bootskins flying around out there,
try to use something more original next time. This background image is very popular but if you checked you would have noticed that this bootskin series has already been released. Moving the progress bar to the top and placing a logo near the bottom doesn't really change it enough in my point of view to be considered different from the other "electric windows" bootskin releases.
