Why Thank You Uncle Rob! 
I was submitting 1 a day for about 4 days, then all of a sudden they all went through. I like to try and do around 5-7 a week as an average.
The Progress Bar I believe is using 10 colors. I used Dual and Tri-tone shading for each color of the flag to make it more 3 Dimensional looking.
Red color's using 2 shades.
Blue color's using 2 shades.
Yellow color's using 3 shades.
And the Green color's using 3 shades.

- another cool bootskin, I like the progress bar (4 color windows flag progress bar no less)
