I was going to say the same thing, I had just recently checked out some of boss's work and recognized this image.
TErrroR, don't be surprised if you're asked to remove this. I like the image you picked from Boss's gallery and it's color range probably make it a great candidate for rendering down to 16 colors but it's not cool to use this image without asking boss first. I've personally been asking skinhit to use a few of his wall's for bootskins and I don't attempt to create a bootskin using his work without his permission which I include with the bootskin file. You should do the same to play it safe plus you can edit the description to include a link to the wallpaper itself so that boss's wallpaper can receive more downloads to.

And next time, ask first. I'll more than likely say yes, most people will if you ask.
As was said, you can't just take what you want and use it, and when you do get permission, you should give credit in your description and leave a link to the creator's home page.

First I want to excuse for this disaster. I am new here and don't watch all galeries because it is a little bit too much. I was looking for a, I think it was a alienware Image, with Google and found this Image. So Boss can I leave it like that or not?

Yeah, go ahead and leave it. But from now on if you're using an image for a bootskin, get permission first, put a copy of the permission in the bootskin folder, and credit the person in your description. A link to their gallery is always nice too.
The main reason to put a copy of the permission in the folder is because a lot of people say "thanks" to whoever created the wall, but they don't have permission. This way, there's no question.
Oh, and I don't use bootskins, so I really don't have any ideas.

you have good taste in walls TErrroR......
why don't you just go ahead and make what interests you & you like......everyone brings something different to the galleries.....that's what makes them so diverse and interesting.....maybe try making your own walls to use.....

you can also leave a comment on page where his wallpaper is located asking for his permission to use the image in a bootskin, if he replies back and says it's ok, just copy & paste both comments into a simple text file. Save that text file as permission.txt into the folder you're creating the bootskin in, when you save the bootskin file, the permission.txt file will also be zipped up along with the .bootskin file. When you submit the file for uploading into the bootskin gallery, include your description of the bootskin, a link to the original wallpaper used, indicate that permission has been included with the bootskin to use this wallpaper.

BTW I would fix that winxp logo, it doesn't blend well with this wallpaper and takes away from the wallpaper image itself. Fix the logo and then resubmit the bootskin. Boss has given you his permission above so copy & paste that into a text file called permission.txt When you submit this bootskin again, make sure you include the permission file along with a link to boss's wallpaper.

well if you can remove that "noise" around the windows xp logo, you could leave it on the bootskin if you wanted to. Otherwise you could remove it, the wallpaper image you've chosen is really nice and could be used as is without a windows logo - it's up to you.

How does this no permisson get posted? I have tried to post several right click skins using butch123 images and even had his permission but they were denied stating that I had to include a actual email from him with the headers included which he denied to give me thinking I was trying something funny I assume. But he did give me permission here and at DA, and Wincustomize said no, I even copied my request and his reply and added it but no luck. I see many files I have downloaded in a similar fashion with permission just like that but mine were denied 3 times, and butch is here even! How do these get through that dont have permission I see em everyday!
