He also didn't have a computer using the Floyd-Steinberg Algorithms based on error dispersion for Dithering either.

The trick was to create it proportionate to an 8X5 Ratio, then stretch it vertically to a 4X3 Ratio. That way, when viewed on a Wide Screen Monitor, it's stretched back out horizontally.�
