I do have green and blue also.
They were all submitted at the same time.
I don't know why only these three came through.
The other two are called "Wild Blueberry MAME and "Sour Apple MAME".
To create the progress Bar I just used the border around the MAME Logo and pieced it together. The background itself came as a small 800X600 resolution wallpaper, originally in blue I think, from somebody's Geocities web page saying that anyone could use the wallpapers for anything they want without a link back to the web page or anything. They only had like 6 wallpapers and this was the best one.
I actually had modified it since then, as for as the MAME Logo, adding shadow and changing the Arial font used for "Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator" to an Arcade style font with shadow, and used a background which I created myself from scratch using GIMP.
This is what it looks like:
