Well, to be honest, I have a pro and a contra: Pro: the most simple bootscreens are often the best, especially for XP use, instead of bootscreens with the most blazing and colourful effects, that are completely worthless. So simplicity is a very good thing to create an XP bootskin. 
Contra: A bit too simple... the font could be better and smoother, perhaps like cleartype. It doesn't look very professional like it is now, so customize at least the font. And the number "2007" is nowadays already old-fashion. My conclusion: try to use a smoother font and change the 2007 into 2008 or, why not, 2009???
