Can you tell me something?.... when I apply a bootskin and restart the pc to see it at the bootscreen(normaly)...it doesn't start windows...appears something blue that says something but in a second....i don't have time to read it..then he's rebooting again....WHY??

That sounds curious, I myself never experienced something like that. Perhaps it helps to uninstall and install the programm bootskin and try again.
