Everything is all crammed together. For some reason, CursorXP hacks up a furball when trying to read the .ini file when it's like this. Now....if you edit the .ini file, it "should" work fine. Sometimes the .cursorxp package needs to be installed thru CursorXP, sometimes it works only when you double click the package....and then, sometimes it only works if you use Theme Manager. But when it all fails, typically editing the .ini file like this, works:
[General]
Version=130
[Arrow]
StdCursor=0
Frames=8
Interval=100
Animation style=0
Hot spot x=9
Hot spot y=9
Hot spot x2=13
Hot spot y2=13
FrameScript=0

Putting spaces where I have shown thru all sections of the .ini file seemed to do the trick.
For CursorXP authors, double checking to see that you wrote the ini file correctly, should prevent people from having CXP crash horribly.
