I tested it myself. It works properly.
Please Download it again. Unzip it and apply it with Dbl_Click on the curxptheme file.

Geez, I guess I must be doing something wrong, because I tried it again, and it still won't work.

JCStilletto - I think I figured out the problem. I was having the same troubles as you. Try this. Right click on the download link, save it somewhere (I just saved it to the desktop), then open it with your favorite zip program (I prefer TUGzip). Inside is the .curxptheme file that you need to double click on to install.
Farid Nafar - Great cursor. The only problem I see is it appears you have the .curxptheme inside a zip file that is being renamed to .curxptheme. So if folks just left click download Cursor XP tries to install an invalid theme. Perhaps re-uploading it not in a second zip file? Nice work as always.

Gotcha Farid. Yeah, some thing have been acting funky. But unzipping then installing worked great for me. Looks very nice.

OK. Here's how it's done: File/Save as...
Rename the file to .zip
Extract the .xptheme
Double-click on the extracted file.
Bit of a pain to install, but worth it.
