It needs work. Not trying to be mean, but common, you can do much better then this. Although I do like the name, exactly what it is

suggestions:
1. use alpha blended png files instead of magic pink... magic pink is best to aviod whenever possible
2. Make the hour glass triangles the same size... its lopsided
3. Perhaps bevel the edges to give it some depth...
a good start though...
