I've kept an eye on your work, JJ...and this is one of your best works!
When resizing, your cursors usually do not do the "arrow"-trick, and I have to admit that this issue has made some of your otherwise beautiful cursors unusable. But this one; great work!

For being simple looking, it's nicely done. I like the 3D effects used for events. Great Job!!!

A little rough around the edges but very nice. Corners are a little bit rough. But its very nice
