try to rename the file to sparkling.curxptheme and double-clik it (sorry for the late answer)I didn't made the normal selection but I made the others

Well I dont care...I like the way it sparkles. Nice job for a first cursor. I had no trouble installing it, it " self installed " after I downloaded it. I didnt have to do anything.

It self-installed for me, too. No problems. I like it. It's a cool looking little cursor, not sophisticated, but very usable. Good job!
