To rename the file right click on the downloaded file (probably 'spil plastic - pack.CurXPTheme'), click on rename and change the filename extension from .CurXPTheme to .zip, i.e. the file will be called 'spil plastic - pack.zip' . Then unzip and there will be 4 .CurXPTheme files. Hope this helps.
