Could anyone explain how to convert the files into a Cursor XP theme? I'm stupid.

wwww123, just download the file as a zip to your desktop, then change the .zip extension to .curxptheme and double click... you might have to set your explorer to show extensions for known file types if the .zip extension does not appear when you first download it, in which case, open any explorer window, tools => folder options => view tab => uncheck "Hide Extensions for Know Filetypes".
BTW, great theme as always. How about a logonxp skin to finish off the suite?
