Actually, that's the one I read. It didn't really help, since it won't work. Is there any way for someone to turn it into a pre-made .curxptheme file? If there's another way or something I forgot, just tell me.

If you can open the theme manager in Stardock Central, go to Cursor XP, click on "add", Change "file of types" to "all files" and browze for the zip you saved. It will do the rest.

My most favoritest cursor is the 'Tesla' but dl'ing this one has me REALLY impressed.I did a little fine tuning with B/C and with the black background I always use,THIS LITTLE BUGGER has given 'ole Tess a rest.SUPER!! and good luck with the skin.
