Dumb question! How do you convert the Zip file to a Theme file that can be used?

Internet Explorer sometimes renames file extensions at download, which is one reason I don't use it. But anyway, rename the file "ArtWork.CurXPTheme" then double click. Assuming you have Cursor-XP installed, you should be all set!

Hmmm... why my program Cursor XP cant install this cursor... when i click import and want to open this cursor that program dont see this cursor
