I cannot understand how this file can be downloaded 143 today and yesterday 187, and I have been trying for 3 days to download it numerous times and the file is not found. How can it not be found for me and not 143 others?

I still cannot download this cursorxp file ... now it says 403 downloaded today, and I have tried many many times. Will try again tomorrow.
