Nice cursor and I agree with theroot in regards to size. It would be nice to have a smaller version of the cursor. Good Job!

Size schmize. 
I like it. The size is just right for my screen. I don't like wimpy small cursors. This one is great with crisp colors and shape. The transparency of the colorful part could be higher just because I like transparency but otherwise I really like this cursor. Will be one of my staples.

May have just been a bug for a short bit, the first just downloaded fine for me.
When they work on the site as they have been for awhile now, sometimes odd things, like a skin not downloading,
happen for short peroids of time now and then. Best to contact an Admin first to find out the problem.

I don't think its too big or anything but it would be great to see a smaller version of this cursor. I don't know about everyone else, but the cursor looks better on your desktop than on the image.
