jesse the majority of cursors i have installed in my comp are resized to 125% and that makes them the same size as the cursors in your screen shot,but the fire cursor is twice that and is what day is seeing i believe,sorry i can't advise on how to get the size down as i don't have a clue on how to make em,tho my guess is it will need the paramitters to be rewritten or something

Very good except very large. Kinda looks like a slice of cheese and pepperoni at this size. 
Definitely needs to be reduced about half and you have a real winner.

Now mrstereobase, since no one seems to have seen fit to help you, I'll give you a hint. I suppose you've downloaded it, opened it with CursorXP. Saved it in your usual folder (ALWAYS save your download in a seperate folder). Now, instead of lamenting on the cursor's size, must I remind you that CursorXP is not just a tool to sstore your downloaded cursors ? At the bottom of the dialog box, you'll find 'Options'. Click on it, and among the various options, you'll find a tumbnail called 'size'. Click on it, and you'll find a... cursor, with various possible sizes, listed in percentages of the original. Push the cursor as far back to the left as you wish to reduce the size - mine is currently about mosquito-sized! - or to the right to enlarge it - there is no accounting for taste! - then click on apply, and OK, and when you get back to the main dialog box, click on apply and OK once more. And of course, you can start again if you're not satisfied with you first result. Very nice cursor, by the way.

By the way, i just read some previous posts. It would seem that what I just described is only possible with the bought version of CusorXP, not the free one. Since it's really unexpensive, I would suggest you buy it if you haven't done so yet. Many more options, as you can see.
