Looks good so far! A few suggestions, I would put the spinning animation on the hand/button and small with no animation for text.

I like it, it is simple but very nice, I like cursors that don't have a lot of animation at times. Keep up the good work, and look forward to seeing more. As others said don't let one persons negative and nothing constructive to say comments get you down.
