"cursor retains the EXACT same coordinates for the hot spot in every state"
Yes! it is the goal... and to stabilize the cursor which skips when someone programs are working (eg. Windows Media Player...) it is necessary that the first image of STD and WORKING is the same to be able to apply a script of temporization...
The perfection is difficult to obtain only some practical information can help,
All this to say that I am a admirer of your work.

I'm a cursor-holic and your's are among the best there is. One question. I learn best by mimicking the work of others then applying it to one I make. Like rainlendar I can open a folder and study the png's plus the .ini folder. I won't copy someone elses but use their knowledge to increase my own. How do I get inside, if possible, to check out how the different images are created and the various states associated with making a cursor? I was able to do it once before but that was when I still had XP about a hundred years ago. Thanks in advance.
