Well i think you mean how to use it. you need the Programm CursorFX for it.

First you need the program CursorFX installed then just doubleclick the file after download and open program and find it in your lisst of cursor(that is if it does not autoload).

just got cursorFX and this is my first download.... amazing work... apart from the fabulous design... love the fine highlighting state... makes it highly usable for me... very snazzy cursor...
