Thank you amyp3ng. If you go to the windowblinds section, look for Frosted. There are links there to the icons, wallpaper, etc.

SkinDoll, you need CursorXP. Download from www.stardock.com. Then unzip the Frosted file to the CursorXP theme folder. Then go to control panel, mouse, cursorxp. Select Frosted and apply.

These cursors are GORGEOUS! love the pink, the glossy transparency, and the tiny little LIGHTS inside
