Nice job and very original as usual ! 
maybe the difficulty is referring to resizing the windows as the Dot is not changing its shape or color, I really don't know about to resize the cursor itself because I don't have the plus version

Continually froze my CursorFX application. Took me a dozen attempts just to delete it from the library. Cute, but not for me.

Saddened for you but it is not due to the cursor which is of a very low weight in memory and for the processor.

I love your stuff and made an account just to tell you so 
And to maybe give you an idea like a Mix between Two of your cursors.
I love the Dot Cursor and W8Metro, if you could make one just like Dot Cursor with a transparent middle like some of your other ones. Would be un-deniably my favorite.
I have been trying to find the right kind of software to make my own, but can't seem to find it. I have Gimp and already use it a lot. If you wouldn't mind letting me know what you recommend to do some of that. (`w`)

in a world or a simple vision of future is often little recognised, this is a kind of encouragement to continue in my searches.
I use first and foremost 'The Gimp' for the manufacturing of my cursors, continue with this software that has multiple possibilities.
For 'DotCursor' I used the tansparent blinking and every time it is useful it becomes half transparent.
I takes good note of your request for a transparent center in my next creations.

I must have missed this! Pretty cool! Very creative and definitely different. Sized down, bright red + transparent, this is perfect. A lot of the bigger cursors get in the way, but not the dot!

In my mind, that's because it is not suppoed to be resizeable 'by design', it is just a red dot that is already in its most convenient size, unobstrusive and clearly «pointing»
