Simply rename the file you download to "Gellee.CurXPTheme". Then you should be able to double click and use it. Not that hard...

Tombabla's tip is right on...I just renamed the downloaded zip file to Gellee.CurXPTheme, and it installed with no problem.

In my case, I did it the hard way, and clicked "properties" then made the zip file associated with "Cursor XP" files.
Anyway, for a first cursor, this is really fine!
