Just to let you know there is already a WB skin called Impact by Aleksyandr, that's if your gona' make a WB skin. Great cursors anyway. Nice work

ill fix it and ithink ill chang the namethe only reson why i made the name impact becuase i serched for windowsblids and xp cusor and i dint find any thing with that name

Hmmm, just a few things:
1. The numbers still don't go in order. You can fix that by using custom script with the following in it, rather than changing the graphics:
1,400
3,400
4,400
5,400
6,400
7,400
8,400
9,400
10,400
2,400
Use another number in place of 400 if you think the animation is too slow.
2. The pointer locations were all off by a pixel or two. It's always a good idea to use the cursor set and check to see if the pointer is really pointing the the right place or not. The arrows were not pointing to the tip of the arrow but a little lower right of the tip. This sometimes causes the cursor to "jump" which is noticable in cursors that use the same base arrow for all cursors.
3. The vertical sizer graphic has the shadow in it. You probably accidentally placed it there since all other cursors don't have the shadows.
After fixing those on my machine, it's a good cursor to use. Simple and pretty.

I grabbed both versions. Great job! They look good, but are still very usable. Most themes are only one or the other.
