hey any clue y my comp wont let me install them like i got it saved on my computer and when i go to like apply it it wont open like its telling me i have to pick a certen thing to get it to work and i get lost by there lol any help will be fine thanks

Put the .CurXpTheme file in the Program Files\CursorXP\Themes folder and it shoud recognize it

i dont know how to apply the cursors, i have window blinds and i have the rust skin up, but i cant seem to make it work, i tried extracting it to window blinds, and also to the cursers folder for windows. the 4 files are there but they arent the cursor format. any ideas? ive never done the cursors before.

Its easy once you get the hang of it. Just unzip the file and place the four files you just unzipped into:
C:\Program Files\CursorXP\Themes
then configure cursorxp to use one of those themes.
the file extension should be .CurXPTheme
