Is anyone else having this problem? I've repackaged them, and I am prepared to repload, but I need to know if everyone is having this problem.

Works fine for me. I will show the steps:
1. Save the zip file to where you want.
2. Right click the zip file and choose "open with"
3. Choose to open it with cursor XP.
4. Open Cursor XP and click "save as..."
5. Save it as a cursor xp theme
If you follow the steps correctly, it will be fine.

OMG THORNBERRYS!!! 
This is the third or fourth time that I see you complain about not being able to access these files and I explain it to you every time... The problem is ALWAYS the same. You just write down the steps that JD89187 repeated below and keep them in a safe place, please... 
The cursor idea is nice but the white shadow steals from the quality of the cursors. Maybe a white set and a black set or even other colors might be the best chouce. Otherwise I like the idea and application of it...
