Downloaded it again today, and it still only works on 100%. Can't resize it. IF you are using another cursor not at 100%, then pick this one, invisible pointer. Can't believe you can't fix that.

great cursors, i liked the classic cursors, they just seemed to plain, so this is exactly what i was looking for

Something about the hand turns me off... All the other ones look nice though.
