I made the cursor oscillate from see through to solid so we could see the tool tip messages.

To install first unzip the zip folder that you downloaded.
Then open the decompressed folder.
Then open the cursor file, it will install automatically when opened, if you have the cursorXP program installed on your computer.

I love this cursor! I like the transparency of the cursor itself while still leaving some color. Also, the brushed metal accent is great. What I look for in a cursor, other than it's simplicity, is the thinness of the text . This has the perfect "text " that I have been looking for! Thanks!
